When the opponet summons a monster, depending on which position, is reduced by 2000 points. Example- opponet summons Red-eyes Black Dragon (2400/2000) defense mode. The Summon Lightning Impact ability reduces it's defense power by 2000.
If the attack of the opponets monster is 2000 or less and is reduced to 0 then the monster is destroyed but no life points are taken from the opponet.
